This is my Granny!!Thank you for visiting us. We are named after my fabulous grandmother, whose house I now live in with my wonderful husband, Graham. In this home, Granny raised 10 children, including my mother. She was a fabulous grandmother, and she taught me to love life and to cherish friends. We ship via UPS. All items ship within 1 to 2 weeks from the time your order is processed. If there is some delay, we will notify you by email. If you need rush delivery, please contact us and we will be happy to accommodate you.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
All personalized items are non-refundable. If there is some problem with your order that is because of our mistake, we will be happy to fix that problem. Please be sure to double check your order for spelling. We will not be held responsible for errors on the part of the orderer.
Any cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the original order and must be done by phone or email. Any return of non-personalized items will be subject to a $5.00 restocking fee.

When will I receive my order?
All orders ship within 1 to 2 weeks of order processing via UPS.
Do you offer gift wrapping and drop shipping?
If you select an item as a gift, we will be happy to gift wrap it and send it directly to the gift recipient. Please make sure you indicate that on your order page and be sure to include a shipping address.
Do I need to include a shipping address if it is the same as my billing address?
If your billing address is a post office box, be sure you give your physical address as the shipping address. UPS cannot deliver to a post office box.
Will you be adding new items in the future?
This online store is a brand new venture for Back at Granny's. We plan to expand our products regularly. If you have any questions regarding items you may not see, please let us know.
Can you personalize items I already have?
Back at Granny's will be happy to do what we can to accommodate your wishes. Please contact us via phone or email before you ship an item to us. Back at Granny's is not responsible for loss or damage due to shipping.
